We have a 3 bedroom apartment available for the 2026 – 2027 school year in which there is one room available.
You would pay $325 a month for your room and have shared use of the common spaces with the other tenants. Water, Garbage, Lawncare, and Snow removal are all covered by the landlord. You would split the cost of gas/electric, and internet with the other tenants.
