We have two 3 bedroom apartments available for the 2025 – 2026 school year in which we are renting it by the room.
You would pay $300 a month for your room and have shared use of the common spaces with the other tenants. Water, Garbage, Lawncare, and Snow removal are all covered by the landlord. You would split the cost of gas/electric, and internet with the other tenants.
