NOTE: not all properties allow pets, please see the individual property listing.  For properties that do allow pets, the following policy holds true:

• No Cats. Dogs and other small animals ok
• Pets must be under 40lbs full grown
• No ferocious breeds (view non approved breeds)
• $250 nonrefundable deposit
• $30/month in pet rent
• No more than two pets allowed
