Thank you for your interest in a rental property offered by Major Services. Our application is online and linked to below. Each adult that will be living in the residence will need to complete a separate application.
A $25.00 per adult application fee must accompany your application in order for us to process it. The application process takes roughly 48-72 hours to complete and we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know your application status. Background checks and Credit checks are processed and your income must be verifiable.
Qualification Criteria
Only clean & responsible people who pay rent on time may apply. Additionally, applicants must meet following criteria:
- Gross Income Greater Than 2.5x or 3x the Monthly Rent Depending on the Property (view reasons/exceptions)
- No Prior Evictions or Drug Charges within the last 10 years
- No Felonies or Aggravated Misdemeanors
- Decent Credit (generally above 500)
